Submit Leads
Do you have a seller that will not come down enough in price to make sense as a wholesale or a flip? Do you need help getting a lead over the line. Are you not able to sell/assign the contract. Normally that lead gets marked as dead and tossed away. Instead of throwing it away and not getting any money, send it to us. If we can close it you can still get paid something.
We call the lead
Once you have verified a seller would consider terms, or needs to sell send that lead to us and we will contact them. We discuss multiple options to help the seller get what they need. If they want to sell, we will work to find a solution and get you paid.
We Close the lead
We will handle everything. There is no need for you to keep focusing on a lead that is not going to sell at a discount. We handle all paperwork and the entire escrow/title process. We will keep you updated throughout the process and let you know when you will get paid.
You get paid
Now this is the fun part- you get paid! You have turned a lead that was not going to make you anything and will now get you a check (Click here for amount.) That lead would have still cost you money, from the list pulled, skip tracing, time, and systems to work the lead. That is money that you then can put back into your marketing and find wholesale deals that pay you big!
